While it's true with most PC email programs that the default is to remove messages after downloading, the Inbox on WM03 (and PPC02 before it) always leaves the message on the server and there is no option to change it. I may be wrong, but I actually set up a test email account. I sent 5 emails from various places. I then used the included outlook to pop them. After reading, I deleted them. When I went to empty my recycle bin, they had been deleted from my server along the way at some step as well.
So overall, I think they deleted.
If someone else can give this a quick test that would be great. For now I plan to see what this new pop3 program has to offer ;)
