This has worked with a couple of people, but as mentioned, I'm sure it depends on the web site you are trying to access. Once you go to:
TOOLS - BROWSERS SETTINGS - MISC - USER AGENT
Enter the following:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; Dell Axim X30)
Tricks the web server by showing you are using Internet Explorer 6.0.
