Alternatively, you can use the IP numbers on page 4. This helps if your DNS is flaky/slow:
Incoming mail: 204.127.198.10
Outgoing mail: 204.127.202.27

Also, use a registry editor to
1. For registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Inbox, create new DWORD ForceOffSSL and give it a value of 1.
2. Soft-reset device (or stop (kill) Inbox and restart Inbox)
