Mobility Site - View Single Post - active sync disconnecting after certain period?

For some reason after my axim stays docked for 10 or so minutes , activesync will disconnect the connection, so my tray icon will go grey and I won't be able to transfer files and stuff. Anyone know why it's doing this?
