Yes, with a program called MightySync, which you can get from
http://www.mydocsunlimited.com/ - very reasonably priced at $5.95. This lets you back up files from locations other than My Documents, such as storage cards or file store. I auto backup to SD Card daily, then each time I ActiveSync with my desktop, MightySync kicks in and syncs the SD Card (and File Store) as well. Even though I have a card reader in my pc, this works better for me because it all happens automatically.
