I would recomend Routis 2004, it makes
selecting maps by state easy and simple,
but I also recomend you use it with a GPS device.
you can set it to use local roads only.
Typically, just scrolling around maps and looking
through, I usually recomend Mapopolis, but its a pain
generally to load maps as you have to do them by county...
