I learn something new about this little guy each day. I had setup my personal Earthlink email on my Axim Outlook while at home last night, and had marginal success connecting wirelessly, and wirelessly only. No ActiveSync at all last night at home. I arrive to work this morning, sync up my Axim, and I am greeted with new Earthlink messages on my Today screen? I send a couple of test messages from my work email to Earthlink, and sure enough, there they are on my Axim. Also, I open PIE, and while it seems to connect slower than via wireless, it's browsing.

Anyway, I'm a little confused. I recall no setting which I've enabled for the Axim to have a live internet connection while ActiveSyncing. I have only Calendar, Tasks, Notes and AvantGo syncing at work.

Can someone enlighten me? I guess it is cool that I am getting this feature while AS'ing at work, but what if I didn't want to? How can I shut it off?
