so this should do the real trick:
How to create a Low Battery Warning event in your Sound & Notifications Settings
This is the only way is to turn off the warning if you want. To do that you can go and change your registry key in this way:
Look for:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A87
7D663-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408}
And create a String Key
Default="Low Battery Warning"
Then do a soft reset.
Doing this change you will have a new notification option in your Settings\Sound and notifications called Low Battery Warning.
