In File Explorer, tap and hold on the folder name, then tap "Properties" on the pop-up.
I believe this works on File Explorer; I'm using Resco File Explorer, so the regular File Explorer doesn't even come up anymore!

Just checked - it doesn't appear to work on the native File Explorer.
If you use your file explorer a lot, you may want to download a trial of Resco File Explorer.
