Hi,
When I do a backup using activesync from the desktop it starts backing up and when almost at the end I get the message:

\Windows\tempory Internet Files\Content.IE5\Index.DAT file is locked by another program and can't continue backing up.

I have tried soft resets and taking plugins from the today screen and more soft resets but no-go.

Can I delete the file index.dat safely??
