What .NET CF version do you have? Devices with the .NET CF runtime installed should have a file called cgacutil.exe located in the \Windows directory of your Pocket PC. Clicking on it will tell you its version.

I indeed have a problem with all .NET CF programs. Not a one will run. The version of the file is "Microsoft (R) .NET Compact Framework [1.0.3316.00]."
