Mobility Site - View Single Post - How can I eliminate a menu item on start menu?

I installed an application that was for older pocketpc and it didn't work so I deleted the files, but I have the item still listed in my start menu and I don't know how to get rid of it. On the page that allows editing of the start menu, it is not listed. But it is still on the menu even though the associated files are gone!

I need help with this one.
