Never had this issue until I upgrades to SP2.

I'll take a shot @ this one. I've pretty much tweaked the heck out of my IE Security settings since the Beta of SP2. First, what site specifically do you receive this error.
MS made some major security lockdowns with IE to prevent Malware scripts and such from being installed on ones machine. This is great, but it can get in the way as well.
It does sound like your IE sec level is too high, and you could bump it down to medium.
Here's what I would recommend you do from the get go to @ least see if this eliminates your error:
In IE, click tools - internet options, then click the security tab. Click the "Custom Level" button.
Make the following changes:
ActiveX Controls and Plugins
Automatic prompting for ActiveX Controls
Enable
Downloads
Automatic Prompting for Downloads
Enable
Here's what this will do. It will eliminate that stupid bar from bleeping and dropping down when it detects a file download or ActiveX control.
You will be prompted as to whether you wish to run it, so you're really not compromising security. It will be just like it was prior to SP 2. These are the first 2 changes I make to IE after applying SP2.
Give this a shot and we'll go from there. Once you've made the changes, Click OK, Apply, blah, blah, until you're back to the Main IE screen. Shut down and restart your browser, then go back to the page that was throwing you for a loop.
