Okay, okay. Never, ever, ever delete. Use uninstall. Got it.

I tried removing the "Outlook Pocket Contact Syncronizer 2002" and then re-loading ActiveSync. Nothing. Anything else. The HP tech support guy thought that an earlier version of ActiveSync mihgt work with my home computer.
