There are alot of mp3 players out there, I like the Winampaq one, cause it looks like Winamp, get it here

Check download.com for cd rippers, there are a million ones to choose from :) I tend to use dB Poweramp Music converter, it's free, and can also convert betwwen different file formats. Get it Here
