If you are comfortable with the registry, there are registry entries for default calendar settings.

HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Calendar\Rem inder\Defaults

The settings appear to be all lumped together in hex format. I suspect that could be modified but I wouldn't do it unless I knew exactly what I was changing. I suppose you could write down the entire sequence in case it got trashed so you could put it back if needed.

Again I wouldn't attempt it unless I was very familar with changing registry settings and be willing to hard reset as last resort if all else failed.

There is one hex number in there off all by itself "0F" near the top, which corresponds to "15" HOWEVER there is no guarantee that is what that number is used for and changing it could cause problems.
