Does anyone else go back and forth between two networks and need to change settings?

At work I connect using Bluetooth, and there is a proxy server. At home I connect using WiFi, no proxy server. I need to keep switching between 'My Work' and 'My Home' manually. Is there any way this can be automated?

Oh... my Axim is an X30H
