Mad Very disappointed

After continuing problem with a non-functioning screen (wouldn't respond to any touch), I called Dell. For a short time, running a business card between the screen and the unit would render the screen operational, but for a short period of time. After contacting Dell again, their only suggestion was to buy a new unit. My "original" AximX5 was only 18 months old. To add insult to injury, I had to purchase all the accessories- cradle, power supply. I now have over $700 invested in Dell Axim hardware. Incidentally, I have NEVER been contacted by Dell- POOR customer relations.
