fitaly http://www.fitaly.com/wince/pocketpcfitaly.htm is a nonstandard soft keyboard that takes some getting used to, but is very fast indeed once you get it right. I use it when I am not using my Dell foldable keyboard.

I've heard many good things about Calligrapher, but I have never much liked handwriting recognition programs (although I've several times tried very much to like them).
