I performed a hard reset and tried to go about re-

installing the previous settings and data. I thought by putting the device into the cradle this would allow me to import all my info back across from Outlook.

The first thing is asks is about setting up a partnership, to cut to the chase it detects the device name is already in use.

How do i go about synchronizing like I used to always do???
