I had contacted Dell on a number of occasions about this problem. On the last call, The technician I spoke with was very apologetic about the continuing problem, and my need to purchase accessories that were redundant.
I was assured that Dell would be calling me.
Perhaps I'm being unrealistic, but the lack of durability on the Axim is not what I expected with a Dell product.
