The Sandisk Ultra II has a sustained write speed of 9mb/second (or 60x speed).
The Lexar has a sustained write speed of 12mb/second (or 80x speed).
The Lexar should theoretically be faster but at the end of the day it all depends on how and what you are doing with the card.
