I'd Check Best Buy to see if anything is on sale. A TV card is not something to skimp on, We bought a cheap one and it was horrible --- but sales are always good I got mine for 90 off from 180. You could see if Leadtek or Hauppage have a cheaper one. You should be able to get a ATI TV Wonder for around 90 dollers which isn't bad.
