I agree the extra bucks for 400MHz version was a no-brainer. I just got mine for Christmas (replaced my iPaq 3765). The extra memory is must and I do notice the difference in speed between the 200MHz on the iPaq and the 400MHz on the Axim when playing MP3's and movie clips. I also see a big difference in speed when using the terminal services to take control of my XP desktop PC in the office. I frequently run apps on my desktop PC while in meetings over a wireless connection by using XP's remote desktop feature and the terminal services in PocketPC on the Axim.
