I went for the 300 Mhz. I find the speed very acceptable. I'll be buying a memory card some time this week, so my RAM will go from 32 to 96, that should give me space for mp3's and some photos- I have some great ones of Niagara Falls.
I am so impressed with this devise. I had tried another Pocket PC devise and hated it, but this is good. I've used it to make and send e-mail, and start writing some short stories.
I like the fact that I can change the "Today" background to suit the mood and the weather ( I have a winter scene on it now). The Microsoft Reader is good and I've started to read "The Chessmen of Mars" by E.R.B.
A great machine at a great price.
