This is outlined in the instructions. I'm sync'ing at home and at work. Be careful on what you sync as you can "combine" the data in all three places. Example: Contacts from work & home will be combined on the X30. If you sync both ways meaning what not on your PC but is on your PDA then eventually, you'll have all on all platforms.
Check the instructions, HELP, carefully.
