Use ActiveSync(A/S) to Explore your device and navigate to
\Windows. Next find
fexplore.exe, right-click on the file and select
Copy. Again using A/S, navigate to
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, right-click within this folder and select
Paste Shortcut. You now have a shortcut to File Explorer in your Programs folder.
