Resellerratings.com replied to my query very promptly, their policy is that they remove posts regarding errors in pricing if the reseller corrects it within 3 days. I don't agree with their policy but it is clearly stated. They also said that if they beleived a reseller did this repeatedly or fraudulently they would handle it differently. So in two weeks, chumbo's ratings will probably be the same as they were before the mass order cancellation.
