I don't know what program creates it. I was having problem with some of my programs accessing the information in My Documents on the Sd card....so I did some research and found out I had to have this file in the My Documents folder. If I remember correctly it was already on the SD card and I just had to cut and paste it to the My Documents folder. I think if you do a search of Aximsite you will find more specific answers. In any case I will attach the file so you can download it.
