umm... something I wanna say here, I am using x30, and I have to read Chinese sometimes, and some of my softwares are Chinese version too. What I have to do is install a Chinese shell, and after that, I found I can set up different regions, and if I chnaged back the region back to US, I found my programs with Chinese names don't work(that sucks), but luckily the keyboard layout is the same as US. So see whether you can get some 3rd party softwares
