$125 for a keyboard is nuts. Why not get a Targus Universal IRDA keyboard? These work with Palms, Pocket PC's, Zaurus Linux PDA's, even the latest WM2003 SE VGA devices. Support portrait & Landscape, and include a mouse navigation D-pad with screen pointer. I got a flawless used version on Amazon.com for $35.
