New Beta of Note Taking Software
Software is like Microsoft OneNote but integrates with the PPC. I've signed up for it.

Evernote is avaliable now :exc: :exc: :exc: .
It doesn't have all the bells and whistles yet, but looks good so far.

Download a trial of Phatpad. It has PC and PPC interfaces. This may suit your purposes.

I use Phatpad and PhatNotes. No real major complaints.

There is note taking Software for Students called
GoBinder
