Mobility Site - View Single Post - RegKing does not uninstall completely, need help

I installed RegKing for PPC2003 to try the good old "pocketIE" hack which didn't do anything special for me. I decided to uninstall it by picking "Settings" and "Remove Programs". It confirmed that it removed the program, but it still shows up in the Start menu with a blank icon. It no longer shows up in the "Remove Programs" listing nor is there any evidence of it when I use File Explorer and navigate all the directories.
How can I manually delete the Start Menu item?
