Especially as I own a 300mhz model and run it at 400mhz... the main constraint seems to be bus speed and bandwidth, not CPU speed... I haven't heard of a video running significantly better on a 400mhz model than a 300mhz model... I do wish I had more flash ram, but I would never store videos in memory... (since my recent encode of the 2 towers was 480mb..)
