Nope, Hotmail checks out fine for me. I just tested my own two accounts and my daughter's account using Inbox as supplemented by
HTTPmail, and it works just fine. I'm using an X5 running WM2003, connected to a DSL D-Link AP via an older Symbol card. AP is open/unencrypted, hardware firewall is set to default configuration (probably useless), ISP is telus.net. I'd suspect either a problem with your device configuration or a local host problem with accessing MSN's servers.
