Thanks for the response, please know that my comments were meant as suggestions and I was not implying that your colleagues have a vested interest. Rather, my concern regards that which might arise from a company/employee reviewing a product they are involved with producing or marketing. At Amazon, reviews can come from (at least they used to) the author, publisher, publicist and agent of a particular book - hardly a group of people who are likely to be unbiased.
Additionally, the ability to indicate whether a review is helpful or not, is also a valuable insite. If all who read the review give it a thumbs down, that too tells the reader something.
As stated in the past, this is a very fine site, especially in so short a period of time.
