As long as it is a retail-packaged Microdrive, you won't have problems.
If ordering from eBay or somewhere, beware that there are some Microdrives (generally 4GB drives) that have been pulled out of portable MP3 players. Some of these drives will also work fine, but after a while some manufacturers started "locking" the microdrives that were being installed into certain models of MP3 players. A "locked" drive cannot be used in a device like a camera or a PDA.
