It's called a hard reset. A hard reset puts your system back to factory specs clearing all data except that which is stored in Built-In Storage. One of the best things to do before trying out new software is to create a backup on a storage card using the built in backup utility or making a backup to your hard drive using activesync. By doing that after you try out a program and find that it is slowing down your AX you can do a hard reset restore the backup and be right back were you were before the offending program slowed you down.
