ok here you go:
the regestry key is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software/microsoft/shell/taskswitch
Once there delete the values that have paths next to them it will be obvious that the paths are the same as the shortcuts on the recent pgms list. soft reset your done.
Don't know how you are set for utilities I use kilmist regestry editor one cool feature it has is that you can save favorites. Once done you don't have to navigate to the key just a tap on the shortcut and your there. Beats having to remember the key
