Give them as much info as you can about when the situation occurs - things like whether the wireless was on or off when the device was turned off; was the PPC turned off between turning the wireless off and back on; was the network active when you disabled the wireless (that is, were you connected to a network when you either turned off the PPC or the wireless).
I discovered that if I installed BatteryPackPRO, I would lose the WLAN drivers. Uninstalling BatteryPackPRO fixed the problem. Dell's downloads support is still down. Bummer. :realmad:
