It isnt the cable, its the USB.

One question I have it this.
There have been issues of the USB not able to provide enough power onc ethe battery falls below the 50% or even slightly above percentage charge. Does this cable fully charge even in 400MHz mode with the LCD light on?
The new cable will do the same.
