I sent an email to Dell support two days ago and they didn't even attempt to troubelshoot the problem with me or suggest downloading a driver, they just sent out a new unit. So far so good on the new one but we'll see.
I wonder if Dell sent out a bad batch of these things. I did notice on my original unit it came shipped in a box labeled "X50" even though it contained a X50V, the new packaging is labeled "X50V."
