Check out
this thread on a sync/charge cable for the Axim. It is due out next month and will do both through the USB port. One thing you need to remember is that the Axim is very new and a lot of third party vendors are racing to get products out for it, but it will take time. The iPaq's have been around for years, therefore there will be more availabilty of all the add-ons. The Axim is by far the better deal and there will be many accessories for it...it'll just take a little while for them to hit the market.
