Mobility Site - View Single Post - Is there a 'top' program to show me running processes and their usage?

I think he means more like Windows Task Manager. For example, I may have 2 apps running, I can see those with WisBar or the memory applet. But I have 20 processes running...what are those??? I would love to be able to see those.
