About the Registry Cleaner

Can I trust it enough that when it says registry files selected for deletion can really be deleted? I have run the program and I have only deleted file from programs that I have already deleted using "Remove Programs" but for some reason registry keys don't get deleted.

Some of them talk about CAB files that didn't get deleted during "install" and I don't want to delete them and screw up the program.
