Sup I am not sure but your problem might be that you deleted the files on your card but you didnt empty
the trash bin so they are still there but in the trash and you cant use that space until they are fully deleted.
If you used a reader connected to a computer reconnect it insert card and empty trash on computer while
accessing card that should fix it but you lose your data unless you say restore all files in trash instead. I had this happen to me before if this is your problem.
