Mobility Site - View Single Post - why does activesync still show as running after I sync?

After I hit the button and take my x30 out of the cradle, activesync is still listed as a running program. When I try to close it, I get the little "this program is not responding..." message and have to tell it to close anyway. What am I doing wrong?
