No, but there is sort of a way to do what you want. If you use a program such as DVD Shrink 3.2 it will backup the movie to your laptop. If you make sure to only backup one audio setting (as in, not all the spanish/french/director's comments) you can simply rename the .vob file to .mpg and it will play as though it were a regular mpeg file. You may need to find a program that plays mpegs though, I think resco picture viewer can, not sure what else will though, but that is the closest to playing a vob file you will get.
