does that come up while in Internet Explorer?? if so you need to go to Start-->Settings-->Connections-->Network Adapters-->the second tab over from the left (cant remeber exactly what it is, i dont have my ppc with me right now
) and then change the drop down to "Internet"
then if you are syncing in via WIFI with (doesnt matter with usb)activesync you will need to change that drop down to "work"
this is kinda a little dumb networking thing in all pocket pcs..
