The pocket PC runs at 640x480, but all the fonts and such have been adjusted so that they look about the same size as on a 320x240 device - albeit much much nicer. ozVGA and SE-VGA allow you to switch to true VGA mode and turn off the "enlargment" of the fonts, etc. MAkes things much smaller to use, but its handy for some stuff like web browsing.

I don't think that's quite true. You can use VGA when the app is written for it. WM2003SE can't handle VGA as it sould be and therefor those app. like OZVGA are written. But that's another discussion.
